Does Your Attitude Need Adjusting
Have you needed a change in attitude lately? I know I did. It’s easy when things get thrown at us that we aren’t expecting to become upset, angry, and frustrated. The problem is that when we focus on those energies, we attract more of things that caused those energies. It’s ok to feel those emotions, but we can’t stay in a place of anger and frustration. What happens when we start going into victim mentality is that we dig a hole for ourselves that it is difficult to get out of. When we learn instead to focus on the blessings in our life, and when we focus on gratitude, we attract more of the good things in our lives. We have a choice everyday. Each day we can decide to react differently to challenges. Are you going to change, or are you going to continue doing the same thing and expecting different results?
