The Universe wants you to save your energy for all of the beautiful things in life, instead of expending it on things that don’t matter. When you lose your cool about insignificant things, it drains you of both energy and your personal power. The Universe is telling you to stop doing that. If it doesn’t matter in 5 hours, 5 days, or 5 months from now, then it isn’t worth your peace.

Do you know when to ask for help in your life, or do you try to solve all of your own problems yourself?  The Universe is ready to step in to help you, but you have to be willing to ask. It doesn’t show weakness to admit that you need Divine intervention. In fact, it shows wisdom and strength to know when you are in over your head. The Universe wants to help, but we need to ask before we can receive it.

Do you find yourself trying to figure out what will happen to you 6-12 months from now?  Do think about every little thing that could go wrong?  If you do, then you are a classic over thinker. The Universe does not want you to live worried, anxious, or stressed. The Universe wants you to be happy and at peace. You can’t be that if you are worrying about the future all of the time. It’s time to let go and trust that The Universe has your back. You are Divinely guided and protected. Trust that.

If you have ever lost a loved one suddenly and unexpectedly, then you know what a shock it can be. Death leaves the loved ones left behind struggling with grief, confusion, and even anger. Have patience with yourself. Grief is a process that everyone goes through at different times and stages. It will get better. Your loved one is still around you even if you don’t see it. It’s ok to feel your feelings  Just don’t stay in any dark place for too long.
